Shipping
Please keep in mind that shipping and delivering times are estimates and they can be change at any time. Since carrier delays may occur, and we do not control these factors, Sebastianwear does not guarantee shipping or delivery dates.
Changing an order
Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to change it as we processed orders immediately.
Canceling an order
Please note that we cannot cancel an order, after it has been placed, as we processed immediately. If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately at sebastianwearcustomercare@gmail.com
Editing my shipping address
If after placing an order you need to edit your shipping address, please email us at sebastianwearcustomercare@gmail.com the same day and we will do our best to make the changes.
Returns
After receiving the product please note that you have 7 days to return the items upon approval.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email us within 7 days at

All items must be returned unused in original packaging. Once returns are authorized you can start the returning process. After the product is received undamaged in its original package, we will issue a refund. Usually refunds are issued within 10 to 14 business days.
Shipping fees are not refunded.
We monitor return activity closely and reserve the right to limit returns.

Exchanges
Not all orders are eligible for an exchange. If you would like to exchange please email us at sebastianwearcustomercare@gmail.com
After exchange is approved items must be unwashed and unworn.
Shipping fees are not refunded.
